1. Intake

Before we kick off the search for your new home, we would like to schedule a phone call or in-person meeting with you. This gives us the opportunity to introduce ourselves, get to know you and what you are looking for, and share information about the Dutch housing market. During this conversation we will determine your housing criteria and answer all of your questions regarding the rental process and its legal implications.

2. Market Scan

Our real estate agents search daily both online and offline for the offer that is in line with your ideal housing criteria.  

Our selected properties that seem suitable will be arranged by your real estate agent for the viewing(s). Thanks to this screening process you will only view homes that meet your requirements. After viewings they will evaluate these with you. If applicable, they determine the conditions and strategy for the negotiation with the letting agent. This way they will always find the best suitable home for you.

3. Viewings
The Dutch housing market is dynamic and constantly in motion. Once we have found a number of potential properties matching your criteria, we will arrange for you to view the selection of homes as soon as possible. We will schedule as many viewings as we can during the times convenient for you.

4. Negotiation
Once we have found your perfect home, we will make the offer on your behalf and take care of all of the negotiations. During this process we will represent your best interests and ensure the best possible outcome for you.

5. Contract Check
We will review all legal documents with you, ensuring the rental agreement is correct and that you understand its contents. Once you give the green light, we will proceed with signing the contract.

6. Utilities
As soon as the rental agreement is signed, we will help you set up your utilities: water, gas, electricity, heating, Internet and cable.

7. Check-In
We will accompany you to the check-in appointment at your new home, ensuring the accuracy of the check-in report, inventory check, and photos taken of the house. Once this is complete you will receive the keys to your new home.
